After 8 weeks I have lost over 8 pounds - but I have also gained strength, endurance & confidence! Can't wait for round 2!
This is a well-rounded class that allows everyone to work at their own level. Anyone can do this. I have really enjoyed it.
A fun yet challenging class that I have thoroughly enjoyed. I've toned up, dropped one pant size, feel stronger & have more stamina.
