Why Diet Typing Works

We believe in a spectrum of energy burners, ranging from Sugar Burners and mixed Burners to Fat Burners.

This is based on how each person metabolizes their food for energy.  If you put in the wrong type of food or fuel for your metabolism it will be stored as fat and not burned as fuel. 

Just like our fingerprints, each person is unique when it comes to which specific foods and at what ratio of macronutrients (carbs, protein, and fats) are ideal for them. So now you understand why most diet programs only work for about 15% of the population.  

Sugar Burners thrive on more carbohydrates, and lower fat, while Fat Burners need a higher percentage of fat and lower carbs.

The mixed burner diet falls between the sugar burner and the fat burner diet blending the two.

A fat Burner will have very little energy on a low-fat, vegetarian/vegan diet, while a Sugar Burner will feel miserable on a high-protein/fat, low-carb paleo or keto-style diet.
